Basic

Basic Recurring Cleaning Package
 

Our Basic Package provides essential cleaning to keep your home looking fresh and tidy. It’s an affordable option designed for those who want routine upkeep without all the extras. Here’s what’s included:
 

Kitchen

Included:

  • Clean countertops

  • Dust outside of cabinets

  • Clean inside of sink and faucet

  • Wipe down outside of appliances (no polishing)

  • Vacuum and mop floors

  • Dust baseboards

  • Wipe dining table only

  • Dust chairs

  • Load dishes into the dishwasher if space allows
     

Not Included:

  • No trash bag removal

  • No windows or blinds

  • No inside of microwave or small appliances

  • No movement of small appliances for cleaning underneath

  • If the dishwasher or sink is full, the sink will not be cleaned
     

Bedroom and Living Room

Included:

  • Dust all visible surfaces

  • Mop and vacuum open floor areas

  • Dust baseboards
     

Not Included:

  • No windows or blinds

  • No doors or trash bag removal

  • No wiping down surfaces

  • No bedding or upholstery cleaning

  • No under-bed or under-sofa cleaning


Bathroom

Included:

  • Wipe mirrors

  • Dust light fixtures and baseboards

  • Dust outside of cabinets

  • Wipe inside of shower and bathtub

  • Clean toilet (including area behind)

  • Clean and organize countertop

  • Vacuum and mop floors
     

Not Included:

  • No trash bag removal

  • No dusting doors or wiping cabinet interiors

Our Standard Package provides a more comprehensive cleaning experience, adding polish, detail, and care to ensure a fresher, more welcoming home. Here’s what’s included:
 

Kitchen

Included:

  • Clean countertops and dust outside of cabinets

  • Clean inside of sink and faucet

  • Wipe and polish outside of appliances

  • Clean inside and outside of microwave

  • Vacuum and mop floors

  • Dust baseboards and doors

  • Wipe dining table and dust chairs

  • Load dishes into the dishwasher if space allows

  • Remove trash bags

  • Dust windows and window seals

  • Dust all small appliances, moving and cleaning underneath

  • If the dishwasher is full, clear the sink of dishes, clean the sink, and put dishes back

  • Remove trash bags
     

Not Included:

Bedroom and Living Room

Included:

  • Dust all visible surfaces

  • Mop and vacuum open floor areas

  • Lightly wipe nightstand and TV stand

  • Change bedding sheets

  • Vacuum upholstery and under beds

    • Wipe the outside of all cabinets

    • Clean windows

    • Wipe down all small appliances

    • Hand wash dishes if the dishwasher is full
       

Bedroom and Living Room

  • Everything from the Basic and Standard Packages, plus:

    • Wipe all surfaces in each room

    • Clean all windows
       

Bathroom

  • Everything from the Basic and Standard Packages, plus:

    • Wipe down cabinet exteriors

Laundry Room

  • Wipe the outside of the washer and dryer
     

Premium Recurring Package:
Our Premium Package builds on the Enhanced Package and includes everything in the Platinum Package, with additional services like:

  • Wiping down cabinet fronts in the kitchen and bathrooms

  • Baseboard dusting

  • Dusting of ceiling fans and light fixtures (where accessible)

    • Clean inside the fridge

    • Clean inside the oven

    • Steam clean the cooking stove and tiles (if present)

    • Wipe down and clean walls

    • Fully hand wash all dishes

    • Organize rooms, including toys, clothes, and belongings

Bathroom
